A low-carb dish that’s quickly made. In this recipe you make your own cheese sauce which forms a beautiful whole with the zucchini and tomatoes.
Using a cheese slicer, slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Add some salt and leave the zucchini to rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Now fry the zucchini and the tomatoes in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Save them on a plate and start with the sauce.
Grate the parmesan cheese and combine it with the yogurt. Heat a deep pan with some olive oil and add the cheese sauce.
Wait for the cheese to melt. Add the zucchini mix to the sauce and stir. You can now serve. Enjoy your meal!
