An easy sweet carrot soup with a creamy taste and crunchy seeds. A tasty vegetarian dish that’s quickly made.
Cut the carrots in 2 cm slices and finely chop the onions.
Bring the broth to a boil in a pan and fry the onions in another pan.
When the broth is boiling, add the raw carrot and fried onions. Add generous salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
If the carrot feels soft, turn off the heat and puree the soup with the hand blender. Add the cream and the seed mix. Enjoy!
