Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Cook the pasta according to the package.
Fry the bell pepper on high heat for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato passata and cook over high heat.
Meanwhile, chop the basil leaves into small pieces of about half an inch.
Reduce the heat and add the cream and basil leaves. Stir well and let it simmer for a while.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Sprinkle some leftover basil flakes over the pasta.
