    Basil leaves

    Parmesan cheese

    Garlic clove

    Pine nuts

Pesto recipe with basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil. Delicious with mozzarella, tomato, pasta and much more.

    Wash the basil leaves and put in a bowl. Grate the parmesan cheese and add to the basil.

    Finely chop the garlic clove and add to the basil and parmesan cheese.

    Roast the pine nuts for 1 minute in a pan without oil until they get a golden color.

    Add the pine nuts and olive oil to the whole and puree with the hand blender.

    Add more pine nuts or parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
