A delicious pasta penne recipe with leaf spinach, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Vegetarian and ready within 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When the pasta is boiling you can heat the tomato sauce in a pan.
Add a handful of leaf spinach to the sauce and stir well until the spinach becomes smaller.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the sauce.
When the pasta is ready, add it to the sauce and stir well. Serve the plates with the pasta and cover with the Parmesan cheese. Buon appetito!
