Couscous salad with mint

    Couscous
  • 1 x
    Lemon
  • 1 x
    Garlic clove
  • 15 g
    Parsley
  • 5 g
    Mint
  • 60 g
    Pine nuts

Preparation

A fresh vegetarian salad with mint, lemon and pine nuts. You prepare this dish in no time.

    Bring water to a boil. Put the couscous in a bowl. Pour the boiling water over the couscous and leave for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.

    Grate and squeeze the lemon. Mix the grater, juice and tablespoons of oil with the couscous. Also press the garlic clove above the whole.

    Cut the parsley and mint as finely as possible and also add this to the couscous.

    Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil until golden brown and add to the couscous. Enjoy your meal!
