Nice tzatziki recipe that’s ready within 15 minutes. With yogurt, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Grate the cucumber. Let the grated cucumber drain. You can use a sieve for this.
Put the yogurt in a bowl. Chop the garlic very fine and add to the yoghurt with the cucumber and stir well.
As a final touch, squeeze the lemon juice over the tzatziki. Enjoy your meal!
