Preparation

Combine the Italian and Mexican cuisine and you get the tortizza. This is kinda like a pizza that you can make super fast. This meal is on your table in 10 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lightly spread the tomato sauce on the wrap. Do not smear too thick.

    Sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese over the tomato sauce. Bake the tortizza in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes.

    Cut larger pieces of the parmesan cheese in the meanwhile while the torizza is in the oven.

    When the tortizza is ready, you can cover the tortizza with the arugula and the Parma ham. Now, sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the whole. Enjoy!
