Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lightly spread the tomato sauce on the wrap. Do not smear too thick.
Cut the mozzarella in thin slice and place on the tortizza.
You can put the anchovies on the tortizza. If necessary, cut in half. Bake the tortizza in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes.
