Quinoa wrap with beetroot, hummus, chicken en avocado

    Tortilla wrap
  • 50 g
    Beetroot hummus
  • 75 g
  • 80 g
    Chicken breast
  • 1 x
  • 5 g
    Lamb's lettuce

This wrap with beetroot hummus, quinoa, chicken, lamb’s lettuce and avocado is pretty tasty. You can prepare the ingredients and combine them on a wrap.

    Boil the water and add the quinoa for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, cut the chicken in strips and bake golden brown.

    Spread the beetroot hummus on the wrap. Drain the quinoa and put on the hummus.

    Peel the avocado and mash with a fork. Put the avocado on top of the wrap.

    Add the lamb’s lettuce and cover the whole with the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
