    Quinoa

    Spring onion
  • 0.25 x
    Red cabbage
  • 0.5 x
    Lime
  • 15 g
    Pine nuts
  • 3 el
    Olive oil

Preparation

Make this fresh quinoa salad yourself. The lime gives you an exotic tint and a delicious summer dish.

    Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.

    Meanwhile, cut the spring onions and red cabbage into small pieces. Roast the pine nuts for 3 minutes in a pan without oil.

    When the quinoa is finished, rinse it with cold water and let it drain well.

    Combine everything and squeeze the lime over it. Mix the olive oil throughout the whole.
