A fresh and fruity quinoa salad recipe that’s made super fast and easy.
Prepare the quinoa according to the packaging. Meanwhile, remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Slice the onion, wash the spinach and chop the leafs a bit smaller. You can also cut the orange in half.
Fry the onion with the spinach and some olive oil until the onions turn translucent. Squeeze out half of the orange above the whole.
When the quinoa is ready, you mix everything in a bowl. Grate some orange zest over the whole to make it fresher.
Use the remaining piece of orange to make it less dry. Enjoy!
