With our recipe for the tortizza you can go all directions. In this recipe we use zucchini, onion, grated cheese and crème fraîche. Tasty and easy!
Chop the onion into small pieces and cut the zucchini into thin slices with a cheese slicer or knife.
Sprinkle the chopped vegetables with a little oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Now you can bake or grill it in the pan.
During baking, spread the crème fraîche over the tortilla wrap and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
When the vegetables are well done, place them on top of the wrap as if you were making a pizza.
Heat a pan with a little oil. Now bake the bottom of your tortizza for about 5 to 10 minutes on the low heat. It’s ready to eat now, enjoy!
