A fresh sweet-sour salad with fruit, nuts and avocado. This lamb’s lettuce salad is super easy to make and yet very original in taste.
Cut the oranges in half. Squeeze one half into a small bowl. Add the honey and a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
Cut the rest of the orange into cubes of approximately 2 cm.
Cut the avocado and combine with the lamb’s lettuce, nuts and pomegranate in a bowl.
Spread the honey-orange dressing on the salad and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
