A creative tapa that is easy to make. The taste of the asparagus combines perfectly with the salty Serrano ham. Tastiest when made in a grill pan.
Wash the asparagus if necessary and possibly cut off the hard bottom.
Wrap a slice of serrano ham around each asparagus and make sure they are firmly wrapped around it.
Grill the asparagus with the ham for about 8 minutes in a grill pan over medium heat. Don’t forget to turn them occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
