A creative dish that’s easy to make. The taste of the asparagus combines great with that of the ham and egg.
Cut the sweet potato lengthwise and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water.
In the meantime, wrap the serrano ham around the asparagus and grill for about 8 minutes in a grill pan on middle heat. Don’t forget to turn them over once in a while.
Bake the egg like a fried egg.
Put the sweet potato, asparagus and the fried egg on a plate with a little bit of lettuce. Enjoy your dinner!
