This simple Greek recipe with sweet orange pepper filled with minced meat, onion and Parmesan cheese is quickly made with help of the oven.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pepper through the middle and remove the seeds.
Chop the onion in small pieces and press the garlic. Fry the garlic and onion with some olive oil for about 3 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry for 3 minutes until it turns brown. Add salt and pepper.
Fill the pepper with the mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Put the pepper in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Chop the spring onion. When the pepper is ready spread the spring onion over it. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your meal!
