Super easy winter meal with sprouts and bacon. Delicious with, for example, mashed potato or mashed potatoes.
Rinse the sprouts with water. Cut off the hard bottom and remove the outer leaves.
Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes in a deep pan with water. Do not boil the sprouts too long.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon strips until they are golden brown and let them drain.
When the sprouts are cooked you can drain them. Add the bacon strips.
Serve the Brussels sprouts with bacon in a deep plate. Enjoy your meal!
