An Italian tapa without tomato but with mozzarella arugula and date. Easy to make and quick to serve.
Cut the baguette into slices and brush both sides with a little olive oil.
Make small strings out of the mozarella. You can use a fork to make the strings.
Put the bread in a pan and fry both sides until they are crispy.
Divide the arugula and mozzarella over the bread and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
Finally, put a date on the mozzarella. Enjoy!
