This wrap with beetroot hummus, lamb's lettuce, chicken and avocado is pretty tasty and pretty easy to make. Prepare the ingredients and combine them on the wrap.
Boil some water en add the quinoa for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile cut the chicken in strips and bake golden brown.
Spread the beetroot hummus on the wrap. Drain the quinoa and put on the hummus.
Peel the avocado en mash this with a fork. Also put the avocado on the wrap.
Add the lamb’s lettuce and cover the whole with the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
