This noodle recipe is super delicious and basic. It is made very quickly and still has a lot of taste. Strengthen the oriental flavour by using wok oil.
Turn on the water to cook the noodles. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and cook over medium/high heat in a large wok.
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and throw at the chicken (after about 5 minutes) when the chicken is seared.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Cut the spring onions into small rings and wash the bean sprouts. Wok for 5 minutes.
At the end, add the soy sauce and the noodles to the whole and wok for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
