Ingredients

  • 250 g
    Pasta fusilli
  • 50 g
    Green pesto
  • 50 g
    Sun dried tomato
  • 5 g
    Arugula
  • 10 g
    Pine nuts
2 Persons

Preparation

This is our version on a pasta pesto recipe. Without meat but with sun-dried tomato, and pine nuts. So easy and creative.

    Cook the pasta fusilli according to the instructions on the package.

    Cut the sun-dried tomato into strips while cooking the pasta. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown.

    Drain the fusilli and put it back in the pan. Mix in the pesto and stir well.

    Mix the sun dried tomato, arugula/rocket and pine nuts with the whole and serve. Enjoy your meal!
