Mushroom vegetable soup

An easy recipe for a healthy vegetable soup with broccoli, radish, carrot and mushroom. Without meat en ready within 20 minutes.

Kitchen supplies: Spiral cutter

Ingredients:

    Vegetable broth
  • x
    Radish
  • x
    Carrot
  • x
    Broccoli
  • 200  g
    Mushrooms

Preperation:

    Put a vegetable broth block in a pan with water. See the package for the ratios.

    In the meantime cut the broccoli florets from the stem and add them to the boiling broth.

    Use the spiral cutter to cut the carrot in long strings and slice the radish in thin slices.

    Fry the mushrooms on middle heat till they’re light brown. Add all the vegetables to the broth and let the whole boil for two more minutes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. You can now serve the soup. Have a nice dinner!
